PHOWA
Every third Tuesday of the month, from 4 – 5 pm PT, there is a practice of the Longchen Nyingtik Phowa.
Students who have received empowerment and teachings on this practice are welcome to attend. Email jeannepemakilaya@gmail.com to request to participate.
